CUSTOMS CONTROL BEFORE THE START OF THE TRIP

If you do not move currency and items that need to be declared across the border, then you should pass through the customs control zone along the "Green Corridor". Without presenting documents and without entering information about the currency in the passenger customs declaration, tourists have the right to take out cash foreign currency and/or the currency of your own country, as well as traveler's checks in the amount of no more than 10,000 US dollars. If the amount exceeds this limit, it must be declared in the passenger customs declaration.

CHECK-IN AND BAGGAGE CHECK-IN

Passenger registration and baggage check-in are carried out on the basis of a registered air ticket or a printed itinerary and/or electronic ticket receipt, as well as a passenger's passport. Upon check-in, the passenger is issued a boarding pass, which must be kept until the airline claims on the quality of the air transportation services provided. Please remember that check-in for the flight ends 40 minutes before departure (departure time is indicated on the ticket) local time. A passenger who is late by the time of the end of passenger check-in and baggage clearance or boarding the aircraft may be refused transportation. Each air carrier sets its own baggage allowance, as well as the dimensions and weight of hand luggage, carried in the cabin of the aircraft. Check this information before departure. For the carriage of baggage in excess of the established free baggage allowance, an additional fee is charged at the rate set by the carrier. The carrier has the right to refuse a tourist to carry baggage, the weight or volume of which does not meet the established standards.

PERSONAL HYGIENE AND SAFETY RULES

We strongly do not recommend buying excursions and additional tourist services in unknown tourist and excursion agencies. You may be given deliberately false information about the tour itself, you will not be guaranteed the safety of the services provided and the serviceability of the equipment used, thereby you can put yourself in serious danger. Before the trip, it is recommended to take with you photocopies of the main pages (with a photo, personal data, registration mark) of the foreign and domestic passports of your country. Carry your passport (or a photocopy of your passport), a business card of the hotel with you. In case of transport accidents, conflicts with the police, other local authorities, it is necessary to inform the representative of the host party or the staff of the Embassy / consulate your country. During the travel period, the tourist does not have the right to commercial activity or other paid work. Wash your hands before eating. Do not drink raw water, especially from open reservoirs. It is recommended to use mineral water for drinking, which can be purchased in the shops and bars of the hotel. It is not recommended to carry large amounts of cash with you. Theft of money and things from tourists happens quite often, as well as fraud with fake dollars. You should not take large amounts of money out of your wallet in full view of everyone When leaving the bus at stops and during excursions, do not leave hand luggage in it, especially valuables and money. It is better to keep important documents, cash and jewelry in the safe of the room. If there is no safe in the room, it can be rented for a fee from the hotel administration or deposited by the porter in the safe at the reception. It is recommended to hand over the room key to the hotel reception desk, in case of its loss, inform the administration. In many hotels, it is forbidden to take towels out of the room to the beach or to the pool. Do not bring towels or equipment from the room to the beach without the permission of the staff. If there is a mini-bar in the room, then all drinks and snacks taken from it, as a rule, must be paid for.
